David, you ARE being negative. If you think mentioning the SEC in this arena will do you a thing then you're an idiot. The SEC is a gov't agency. Please look in your phone book, call your broker or just call 411. It's idiots like you that are investing in the market only because you believe there's someone out there even dumber than you are that will always pay a higher price. Why don't you buy a mutual fund and sleep well at night. The rumour that you continue to discuss has been nipped in the butt a long time ago. Please sell MRVC right now. Perhaps you're right. It's not worth the risk. The next earnings report is coming. You could lose it all. Get out now. Call your broker!!!
