FYI....Since January 1997, the AIDS Information Center (AIC) and USAID have been operating three AIDS testing sites in Uganda that provide same- day results. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researchers found that by using a combination of two rapid tests, Cambridge Diagnostics' Capillus agglutination test and Trinity Biotech's SeroCard colloidal gold assay, sensitivity and specificity levels could reach 100 percent.

But now they are saying two tests are not needed.
