Henry,

You seem to have a million complaints about Fred Arkoosh, practically all based on hearsay. Did you ever call and talk to Fred yourself? If not, why not? Moreover, if you think Sid Kemp is a better choice than Fred to run the company on an interim basis until we find a qualified CEO, I would highly appreciate your analysis.
