It could be that the price was held back nicely for the preferred shareholders to convert at a good number. Could provide some explanation to the very tight trading range the last week or so.

Could also provide additional reasons as to why announcements have been forthcoming but without the major news all have been anticipating. An example would be the announcement that 8 carriers are now testing the service, but not stating who the new carriers are.

Does anyone know how the date gets chosen for the conversion of preferred to common?

I am just throwing out some possibilities. I don't have any real knowledge on this type of event. It is interesting to me that the volume spiked at the same time as the filing. Anyone else have a read on this?

Seconds Out.
