Everen Securities Inc. said Thursday it lowered the rating of Mindspring Enterprises Inc. to market perform from outperform. Sounds like someone wants to try and buy the shares at a lower price. We'll see in the morning if anyone takes them seriously. Wouldn't be surprised to a see a dip at the open. -tk
