Alan, You may need lots of patience imo, I expected ikar to be further along at this point. Ikars region of the planet makes Bolivia look stable. It seems that the IMF is worried about basic financial fundamentals in Russia, not mining pursuits. Any news of IMF support that I have missed? Cytotekk.
