On news that the earnings came in as expected --even beat it by a penny-- the company said"....We are cautiously optimistic about the third quarter." Market reaction: take it outside and shoot it...an 9% drop.

I am trying to understand if it was the word "cautiously" or "optimistic" that caused the stock to tank....It sure wasn't the earning which have been consistantly growing quarter after quarter after quarter.
