Bill,

Thanks for your quick answer. I think some of us "new FTNTers", such as myself, who purchased FNTN over the past couple days, are going through the same second-guessing that some of the "old timers" went through when the stock vacillated around .3 to .6.

I want to believe in the story, but it still has some holes in it. I guess I need to research some more issues more thoroughly, such as

(1) Why did DBC sell if their product was profitable by itself?

(2) How many shares/float does FTNT have? (I still can't find any solid record)

(3) What kinds of stock options (if any) have been awarded to insiders and at what prices?

(4) How will FTNT finance their growth? Internet marketing/infrastructure costs are eating the big companies like AMZN, AOL, EGRP alive - however their capitalizations aren't hurting)

(5) What does Siemens Pyramid do? (I can answer this one for myself, I just haven't researched it enough yet)

(6) What is driving the price of this stock so high with no news since 5/12?

(7) Who are FTNT's competitors in each of its product/service categories, and what advantages does FTNT have over them?

(8) What is the potential market for video-streaming?

Anyway. Just some questions to throw out there. I think I'll spend tonight researching video-streaming and hopefully have some information about it for this thread soon.

Thanks for any input to my questions.

Kevin
