Brian, I am new to this thread and thinking very seriously in investing in BOCI. I have read most of the previous notes on this thread and it all sounds good. Personally, I think it probably a decent buy at this price (13.25).

Therefore, my question to anyone out there is why should I NOT buy this stock. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
