I just read the article in Time magazine yesterday. I am considering switching brokerages but I haven't decided yet. Here are several reasons that I am considering staying: (1)very good service (2)low commissions (3) I never take a broker's advice (4)As far as I know, all accounts are insured because it is the law. Here is the reason I would want to leave:(1)Kott--the evil one. Does anyone know for sure if my account is at risk?
