steve and all--

good analysis, but it doesnt look like anything to really drive the stock up. the street needs to understand that BEL is going forward DMT or not. this alone is worth a much higher valuation.

from the comments regarding ALA, would you say it is possible that ALA has been talking to WSTL about outsourcing? i have seen recent press regarding TXN/ALA chipset compatablity. this and the comments you report form the cc lead me to believe that an alliance is in the offing between the two. i think things are much worse for ALA than we have speculated in the past.

as for the big people, my vote goes to NORTEL, CSCO and fujitsu. i think LU has its blinders on and is focused almost exclusively on CSCO.

cant really tell if we are going to float lower. i think we will see a small rise out of this if for no other reason than that the BEL deployment will start to show next q and should provide at least a revenue suprise.

as for the names...they were probably the same spineless people on the last cc. and robbie stephens rec's have become the kiss of death. i hope we dont get one tomorrow<G>.

one reason for the lack of hype...they simply dont need to hype anymore because the deployments are actually starting now. its gone from 'please, please, please invest in us' to 'we are going to do well, invest if you want'. this makes me much calmer.

as for the buy out and the stock price...they arent going to say ' you analysts are dog sh_t for not getting our stock price higher. and mentioning a buyout could kill them with the SEC and open them up to lawsuits.

all in all it seemed like a pretty good call. did they put a lot of stress on winning back contracts?

DR.TECH-- do you still think AUG 3 will be a significant date?

on last thing...what did they say about the need for additional financing? can they get a LOC or will they have to offer dilutive shares?

good luck to all,
trey
