I have been lurking on the edges of this discussion group for almost 2 years, watching and listening. Many times I've thought about joining in, but for personal reasons, I've stayed out. Now it's time I put my 2 cents worth in.
I started paying attention to this thread when my wife worked at Particle Interconnect. She was the HR Manager. She was there thru the DiFrancesco's reign, thru Steve Clark, Ron Morley, and finally Herb Neuhaus. She was acquainted with Paul when he was Intercell's attorney and CEO. We've watched Intercell go from $8.00 a share to $.08 a share. I have more shares of INCE sitting around collecting dust than I want to talk about.
I will not sit here and tell stories about any of those people, though I could tell some good ones. I can say that if I had known then what I know now (and that goes for all of you, too), I would not even have considered purchasing this stock. However, we were sucked in by the party line, thru Nield and Company, the same as a lot of you. After purchasing the stock, my wife met Mr. Metzinger. I will tell you that she did not like him. I trust my wife and her instincts about people, implicitly. We should have sold then.
None of the management teams that were at PI had the slightest idea of how to run a company, other than into the ground. After PI was cleaned out of all its technical properties by Intercell, we both thought that possibly they would turn everything around. It hasn't happened. INCE has become a worthless shell that just happens to own 70% of PI patents. Our shares have deteriorated to nothing, and nothing I've seen or heard from Intercell leads me to believe that the stock will ever be good for anything other than wallpaper material.
I must agree with Mr. Bill Pearson. We've been told many things about where the company is going and what it is going to do for us. None have come to fruition. I also must agree with L.R. Hamilton. I'm just to stubborn to admit that I was taken. I will continue to hold on to the thousands of shares that I own. They've gone down so far now, why not. They're not good for anything else. One of these days, when I decide I need a good write-off for taxes, they'll be gone.
Thanks for letting me ramble. I've appreciated the great logic and information from all of you who have been on this thread for a while.
