I have been a happy Webstreet user. Although the problems with their server being down, I believe their OTC BB trading is the best out there. Fastets execution and cheapest. They will let you trade 1 Million shares of a stock at .001 over the phone for just 15$ with execution within 6-10 seconds, (If its a market order of course.)
