Dan Boyer called me this afternoon and gave me the information I have been looking for! I hope you guy's are as excited as I am after reading the following good news! Here is what Dan Boyer said to me personally: Everything is looking fine. There are quite a few back-up plans in place if for some reason we do not have all of the capital in place before closing on August 10th. At this time we are short of the money we need for the close, however we have investors ready if need be. We are taking our time. We are not going to rush into anything. Everything is well thought out and everything is going at a pace we are comfortable with. We know what we are doing and everything will be in place. I have a calendar all laid out with dates for the long term plan. We will start pre-selling weeks after the close. We wil be comming out with very positive press releases ver soon and I will be personally working Wall Street and getting everything moving when we are absolutely sure that we are ready. The web site was put up by a company we were working with, however, it did not go as planned and we dropped it. Keep a positive outlook.....there are some problems, but nothing we have not planned for and nothing we are not prepared to handle.
