Joe, <<did mxam go bankrupt??>> Absolutely not!! The reason that discussion of buying out BRX by IPM shareholders is on this thread is because trial members can't post to the IPM thread. Censorship is never a solution. The reason that a buyout should interest Maxam shareholders is that we can speculate that the BRX money would be invested in Maxam that could move the Peoria plant along faster. Whether you know it or not, Maxam would already be operating a large mine today at Peoria if IPM had not failed. It takes money to build a mine and that funding has to come from somewhere. Funding leverage with minimal dilution would be beneficial for Maxam shareholders IMO.
