I hope we'll see minimum values set for IMNT shares regardless of value of HBOC shares. The big boys and MM's could drive down the HBOC share price to a ridiculous level at the time of conversion, thus rendering IMNT shareholders without recourse. We need to see minimum hard dollar per share conversion rates before we vote on this deal. Each shareholder must vote their wallet on this issue and determine what the deal must bring to them. Should the share valuation of IMNT rise due to positive news eg, VA or DOD contracts, good earnings etc, we must have our upside protected. Getting IMNT to do the best job for the greatest number of shareholders is the BOD obligation. If you don't think the BOD has your interest in mind, raise a little hell. But, I suggest everybody consider the details and adjustments of the deal as they become available. Regards ION$
