Yes. For the simple reason that when an uptrend or downtrend is established, there is a greater chance that the trend will continue - rather then be broken. A reversal can happen at any time, but trends tend to hold, and betting against them is not the best way to proceed.

E*Trade may not do anything over the next few weeks, but two months from now, I expect it to be in the high 20s. I suppose EGRP could quickly be back up in the 30s if they promise not to increase marketing expenses and delay Destination E*Trade further 8/
