Duke,

I tried looking for negatives, and came up with:
1) Working capital declined by 3+ million
(but only by 2 or so if the stock buyback is factored in)
2) The tax rate of 25% seemed low (make Charlie could comment)

All in all pretty positive. R&D of .40 (a record) and top & bottom line growth.

At these prices, would a bigger database vendor (SYBS, ORCL, IFMXE et al) want to buy the spatial niche?
