Colin, I felt that the market did try to react to todays news. We saw the highest volume we have seen in 7 trading days, and we had well over 100,000 shares of buying today, with minimal selling. This amount of buying/selling, has in the past moved our stock in excess of $1/share in a single day. This may not be the case now with the larger float, however I feel that the ONLY reason we did not spike up at least .50 today was due to the overhead created by the block of shares OLIE is wanting to move. I expect to see continued buying with this news out and hope we will begin our move back up above $2, but we will just have to see. The Locus deal is not complete yet, but it now appears to be very likely that it will now become a part of DCI. Locus coming aboard is IMO the most significant event in the history of DCI, as if this deal closes as it appears it will, it means that Joe has completed ALL of the acquisitions required to build DCI to the 100 million revenue mark and I think that we all owe the man a big round of applause..THANK you Joe Murphy for all of your hard work over the years in bringing us to this point!

James
