To All

The thread should be aware that Bob Goldstein has made it possible for me to be
attending the AGM tomorrow. I am in Vancouver thanks to Bob and a number of you
generous and curious enough to pay for my trip expenses. My thanks to each and
every one of you. My loyalties are to the company and to this thread. I will tell this
thread what I witness tomorrow.

On the way out I had an opportunity to sit down with Kim Brasington for a couple of
hours to discuss the situation that faces us tomorrow. The general feeling is that the
meeting will be a crap shoot. No one that Kim or I have spoken with has a good
feel for what will transpire at the meeting.

It is probable that both Paul Blumberg and the CPM Group will have some sort of
public presentation. It is also probable that Fred will be selected for an interim
President stint. Again let me stress the uncertain nature of all predictions about
the AGM.

Only one thing appears certain; it's not likely to be a love fest.
