Dusty, there you go again with your continuing saga
of how You are trying to set Tom the CEO up with
another deal to help out the company through your
friend.

I don't believe you are even in contact with Tom.

He cannot make any deals with you while the company
is under the court appointed Bankruptcy Trustee as
per the Investor Group. This is just another beginning
to the same old story about how lazy Tom the CEO
is and how he doesn't even care about the company
he is managing as we have read in your past posts,
to keep new investors away so the stock will tank,
{or} for some personal revenge{?}.

It will be a cold day in New Jersey before I believe
that line of crap. How many times are you going to
try to make people believe that story?

The Major ShareHolders that put this company under a
court appointed trustee
are not going to let Tom or the other guy in management,
or You--
make ANY decisions that have to do with
the companies' finances, WITHOUT THIER APPROVAL.

When you are the trustee of a bank account in
someone else's name, can that person go and
take money out or put money into that account
without your permission? I think not. They
cannot do any business without {you} the Trustee's
APPROVAL.

Surely you know the relationship between an offender
and a probation officer--It is sort of the same thing,
reporting back to the investors every now and again
with every nitty gritty detail of what is going on.

Puts another perspective on your credibility.

I have an imagination too, and a more logical theory would
be that when the Investors {Major Shareholders} forced
this management into bankruptcy and stated in the newspaper
article that they would eventually like to take over the
company AND THAT A PRE-REQUISITE TO THIS TAKEOVER WOULD
BE TO BOOT PRESENT MANAGEMENT OUT--I think that the Judge
in Bankruptcy Court gave the present management so much
time to remain with the company and that it will only
be a matter of time before that time is up.

The only thing we have to go on is the Credibility
of a Major Newspaper in New Jersey and no news since
because of re-structuring.
Until a Company Press Release comes out--Per Trustee
approval, I will take everything on this thread with a grain
of sand........and I will be salt on your owwies.
