This stock in the past has had periods of increased activity and increased stock price, and historicaly speaking ends up falling lower than it started, because rumors are never backed by fact. The fact is untill E-prime releases a press release saying it is free from the start treaty and is free to seek contracts there will be very little lasting appreciation in the stock price. Hype is inconsequential, most of us I hope are investing in the fact that E-prime has the ability to launch satellites cheeply, quickly, and using a very reliable launch vehicle. I do think start is close to being resolved but in the last three years I have been talking to Betty Davis I have been told things are going well and it will be very soon and it did not pan out, and it would not surprise me if this was another of those times. In all fairness it does seem more promising than in the past. If this move is the work of hypsters, we will get the last laugh when the stock is trading in the dollars and they owned and sold it for a few pennies profit.
