Good Questions, but too bad that maybe no one knows the answers for sure. I think that for the goevernment workers(US &/or Canadian) they might have bought some but like most people will not be buying enough to make a difference in the stock price or else do not follow stocks in general. As for former UCAN holders(most likely insiders) not sure of the reason they are selling have no idea their intentions or reasons. John
