I've only been following since 12 cents so I cant take all the glory but It was CLEAR as a bell from the moment I laid eyes on it what it was. A stock selling promotion.
Similar promotions i've exposed in the past include but are not limited to: RMIL, TVSI,MILK,USAS,PELT,MDGP,EMBR,NVID,WOOD,TMMI,NPEC and the list goes on and on.
The good thing about you is you have the skills to be a good investor....as soon as you realize that you CANT BEAT A PROFESSIONAL stock seller(CROOK) by owning his stock.
You can study it till your blue in the face. It STINKS.
LTGL lies....repeatedly. They dont report. The entire rules changes are because shams like this. These are what brought it all on.
But you...somehow expect to rehabilitate the criminal. I can hear you now... "Please spence, I realize you've stolen and cheated and lied all your life but I'm asking you nicely to please stop".

Eric, you'll learn as you keep banging your head against the brick wall that its not the walls fault you're bloody and have a headache.
I can assure you I've been investing longer than you. And I've seen dozens of other LTGL's. They are very easy to spot. So far I've never been wrong on one in the long run. In the short term...out of probably 50+ maybe two or three doubled prior to the sham being exposed. Right now, I'm either totally wrong(they've ALL said I was wrong THIS time) on TGSK....but it stinks to high heaven so LTGL's might love it. Oh and they say they've got growing revenues & earnings
but of course follow spences lead of hiring promoters & issung shares like candy and not reporting to the SEC.
I think its a stock selling promotion but it keeps going up. Maybe its the first bb stock I've ever been wrong about.
Best case scenario for LTGL is....6-10 cents in several years. And thats assuming there is an ounce of decency and compassion in Spence..something I find highly doubtfull.
Quality mANAGERS treat their stock like its gold.
Only selling when its fully or overvalued. Scamsters sell all the way down.Spence knows LTGL is overvalued ...even at 4 cents.
I dont know if you can read between the lines..but i'm NOT at all suggesting Spence is a quailty manager.
Even IF the lights keep selling....their growth will never match those of the growth in shares outstanding. Its a race you cant win.
The enemy is LTGL only you dont know it.
This is how it works....market makers know these kind are sleazeballs so they short the heck out of it.Over and over. They KNOW the company is selling too because they cant survive otherwise. Then when a mm gets short say 10 million at say a dime avergae he calls up LTGL and arranges a private placement through a buddy with an offshore country (Thats how the LEGAL ones do it LTGL might sell direct) Then they sell
the mm the 10 million for say 3 cents. Presto chango...Company has $300k with which Spence can use to tip stippers and the market maker has covered his short and cleared $700k and so he starts again secure in the knowledge that he's got no real risk.
The market makers and the crooked managers live off the unsuspecting public. (bb shareholders).
Thats the game folks. Its a game you CANT win. Best you can do is keep your $$ in your pocket.
Remember...I'm NOT telling you or anyone to buy anything. Only STOP FLUSHING IT while retaining this absurd notion that its not flushed.
Its GONE folks. 1 in 50 might make short term money on a bb stock by being long. The rest are losers. The winners (spence) cant lose at their game but they are losers in life because they are crooks. Market makers arent crooks they are just AWARE. And they are in a position to profit from the crooks courting the getrichquick seekers. I can respect market makers for being short. I cant respect any manager whose actions mimic those of LTGL's.
Real busineses just make marketing the stock easier. They are not neccesary nor do the announced figures have to be real for the SALES to continue.
As you lose....Spence & the market makers gain. Cut out the middle-man. Send Spence a check today ! (g)
Off the pulpit. Buy more if you want. I'm just one who's seen about 4-5 dozen LTGL's crash and burn. Guess what ? They were all different too. And yes, 1-2% actually lucked out and made a quick buck by mistake. Dont worry, they lost it on the next one.
BB stock, especially share issuing, non-reporting ones are the gathering place for crooks. Crooks who'll steal your money and yet, walk down the street confidant that 95% of them will NEVER face any charges. Only the top 5% can be even investigated, then of those just a few get anything more than a slap on the hand and an attorney bill.

Anatomy of a stock promoter. Inside penny stock scams. I dont know how to post the URL or I would. Read and learn.
Run from these kind of stocks. Your education would be much cheaper elsewhere.
PS...Eric, i know you wont listen now....but would you PLEASE draw a line in the sand for them ? Give them so many more lies or something and be DONE with them. How many times would you catch your wife in bed with other guys and still not only take her back but tell you you love her ?

Its worth finding a copy if you insist on playing with fire. The book
says you can win on them. I think they are wrong. But it exposes how the game works in an entertaining and educational style.
