many analysts believe that's just the start for the Mercedes-Benz of infrastructure software because the really big money in America is controlled by institutions, which are prohibited by their charters from buying ADRs not listed at the NYSE. quote from MS investor's article on SAP, a "must read" for everyone here.
Well, here is the answer to a constant thread question, could the big guys buy SAP? Turns out they couldn't. This article projects earnings based of the present ADR for 1999 at 3.20, which works out to a forward PE of about 70. I think we should see, barring a general market turndown, a price in late august of at least 80, up from a opening at about 60.
