There was a downgrade by FAC First Albany, but I haven't seen any others. The trigger for the selloff was a weak report by EISI, suggesting either weakness in the outbound market and/or DAVX grabbing more market share. My guess is that DAVX is gaining market share, and their combined inbound/outbound capabilities should enhance their competitive position going forward.

I think some people became anxious about the missed contracts that are being carried over into Q3 because the overall forward-looking statements were fairly conservative. For those who are patient, the likelihood of a strong Q3 beating the more modest estimates is pretty good. You are probably right that landing the contracts in Q2 would have boosted the stock. As it is, I think DAVX should show a strong 2H98. It is an incredible value at these prices.
