Henry?
1A. Much of business has similar skills. Fred will need assistance from mining expertise. I am sure he uses assistance in his "inherited" business as any good CEO does. When did Sid run a mining business - or any business for that matter?
1B. Has the "inherited" business run well and is it thriving? Congratulations Fred.
1C. No other choices have come forward. The search committee has no recommendations. So far this is a choice of two. We are not allowed to make up choices.
2. Why does Sid own none (oops! 4000)? We are comparing the list of candidates, not a list of shareholders.
3. Where was it stated in news release that all of these were Fred's tasks. Where was it stated that he had full control? How do you know this happened? I thought JJ was CEO at that time? Maybe what was cleared up at the ASE was due to Fred's skills. Maybe Allen is not around now because of current management (without Fred). Your presentation of events does not mean it is fact or that you know more about this black box of events than any of us.
4. Much of the rest is repeated second hand comments.

I will ask two questions. Each shareholder should. Why does Sid want to be in charge? Why does Fred want to be in charge?
