myTrack is a push data connection and it is pretty demanding. A lot of data is moved to your client in a typical 10 hour day. But thus far no one has claimed to have problems with a "proxy server".

I will try to get a more definitive answer, but if you have tried to make a connection and failed, please provide us with more specifics or why you think it fails to connect or what error messages you get.
