From techweb.com Investors Prefer Portal Sites Online investors are more likely to frequent portal sites than investment sites, according to a study by the research firm Broad Web. America Online's Personal Finance site, for example, gets five times the traffic of Charles Schwab & Co. The study also found investment activity increased 132 percent in the last year, with 60 percent of U.S. Internet users conducting financial activity online. It looks like E*trade is going in the right direction IMO.
