Colorado Springs, Colorado - July 24, 1998 -- Banyan Corporation (OTC
Bulletin Board -- BANY) cordially invites all shareholders, financial
analysts, stockbrokers, market makers, and other interested parties to
participate in a telephone conference call to review the second
quarter 1998 and recent corporate developments. The conference call
