Infringement requires the data on the cd to be downloaded. Shipping a cd preloaded with data, and then downloading the unlock key, is probably not covered. Right now all of the company's resources should be going into the existing lawsuit since most of the money depends on reversing the judges markman ruling (either by prevailing on the pending motion for reconsideration or on appeal). I suspect GIFT's CEO reads this thread, and your post alerted him. Otherwise, I think the e-mail addresses are listed in past posts. Sorry, I don't have them. GRC
