Larry, sounds good, start it. <VBG> A point that I want to make to everyone is that Maxam wouldn't have to be going through the independent audit for ore reserve determination if IPM paid for BRX. We would have an operating mine today working off Hewlett's numbers. The outside banking of ore reserves (independent audit) is necessary because it's a requirement for outside conventional funding.
