Glen,

If you think that Intel should have entirely converted its mpu product line to PII by now, you really don't know what you're talking about. The unit crossover point from Pentium MMX to PII occurred approximately in late March - which was right on schedule or a bit early.

Intel has repeatedly given guidance that they don't expect a complete transition to PII until the fourth quarter. This may take place a bit earlier; however, due to "gangbuster" yields.
