Mr. Goodin, as the resident attorney on this thread, I am going through you to all of the thread. We have re- thought our intention to expose our information in this type of forum for two prime reasons and one of less meaning. The least important reason is that whatever information we share, there are just too many bashers on this board who will twist everything we share. It would be different if the bashers have done research on this company, but its apparent, most have not. The two main reasons that we will not, and should not post are No. 1, we are protecting ourselves from any possible accusation from " inside information", as has been mentioned on this board . No. 2 , is that the timing of events recently in Chile concerning MDIN and other orginizations. We believe that the events will be coming from the company during next three weeks as these events unfold. I am ,again ,very sorry that I can not be more explicit. We believe though, that all MDIN shareholders hold on to those shares tightly. If the company continues its present course, as we fully expect it will, you will have no need to wait for our research , as everything will have already fallen into place and have been reported to you by MDIN. Our "OPINION" is you will be delighted. Mike
