Again you missed the major point. Many the questions are fundamental in understanding the fair value of EDII. And the answers are known by EDII (such as how many shares paid for each acquisition). Much of this detail is not being disclosed by the company.

And the point of having asked the question, and receiving no credible response from EDII representitives assists in the evaluation. Is is not always what someone says as much as what they do not say, such as in the EDII press releases.

For example, EDII released info that they hope to be profitable. Someone posts that they are immediately profitable. To question the statement of facts supporting the comment of immediately profitable is clearly a great question, and just as clearly cannot be answered.
