< SEC investigation,> there is regarding the old charges, however this is old and right in the lawsuit the SEC STATES they are NOT seeking damages from Golden Eagle. This action does NOT have anything to do with the current property.
There is a POSSIBILITY of fraud charges re the latest May 22 release. This is a POSSIBILITY they are not yet filed. I believe that once third party is announced the charges that are POSSIBLE will not proceed. (my opinion)
<SEC charges against owners> Yes there are, innocent until proven guilty, it appears a settlement is being negoitiated. Do you have a TRIAL date that you can confirm. Again it is regarding a differant property and time frame -- 1994 to 1996. The current president Terry Turner IS NOT involved and he did NOT start until 1997 spring.
<, Hyped press release,> I do not view the May 22 press release as hyped, there is a warning in the release stating that the findings are from an independant geologist and may turn out to be inaccurate. Do YOU really believe this is HYPED with that cautionary warning???
< no report to back it up,> There is a report the SEC has a copy of it, the report at this time HAS NOT been made public and I do not think it will until third party verification is complete. (again my opinion)
<Flawed results,> I can only assume you are referring to the 30000 oz error???? If this is the case it is statistically insignificant, that is just a pure FACT. Any first year statistics course at a university will bear this comment out. I took it but so long ago i can not remember all the theory behind it, do not use it in my business.

No use having the equipment sit idle for the next 6 months to a year. They are going to verify first which is correct. Equipment not needed for a long time.
<Answer phones from flower shop> I believe it is a cell phone Sabrena uses and she works in a "flower" shop. Who cares??? I use a cell phone and answer it from the "golf" course and still satisfy my customers needs. At this POINT in time an office is NOT required. Why spend the money if it is not neccessary. This is a prudent business decision in my opinion.

You forgot the most important thing in my opinion.
That is the late filings and it is continual. That has me more concerned then all of the above.
Also, no matter what has been said above, the fact that the gold is there or not will be proven out. The area has had 32 million oz mined over the last 1000 years and that is fact.
RJ, your statements have a lot of flaws in them. It is by your own admission that you do not want to buy shares at this time and that is your right which I respect.
It is also your right to express your opinions but they have been expressed and great, why keep expressing the same view?????

Frankly, I do not waste my time on forums that I do not own stock in, however that is me. Obviously you are retired, self employed or have a lot of time on your hands.
