ALERT: VIKG UPDATE The rumor is that Wayne Heizinga (owner of the marlins and dolphins, got rich by starting the company Waste Management and Blockbuster) is very interested in VIKG. Apparently he wants that precious Broad Cove Land we have and is willing to pay almost anything to get it. He desperately wants to have some of the finest land in the Hamptons. As a bargain, he will get the finely tuned management staff of VIKG, some more excellent land where he can put an old folks home, a defunct fiberglass company and a garbage dump overseas somewhere.
