First David then KZAP...

David: yeah IR can be a headache... I'm trying to get out because I do not like customer service work. I like research. It's not as stressful. Everytime I get off the phone with an analyst I feel like I've just had my brains chewed up and spit out... They know more than me about market dynamics and are constantly, constantly looking to get on the inside. They are your best friend one second and your worst enemy the next. You never know how they are going to interpret what you said and it can always degenerate into their word against mine...

Sound familiar...

KZAP: WHAT DO YOU THINK I WAS LEADING UP TO WHEN I SAID UNLESS YOU ARE A LAWYER OR THE SEC GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE. THAT STORY YOU POSTED IS NOTHING NEW. THE LITTLE INVESTOR HAS NO POWER, NONE, ZILTCH, NADA. SO YOUR BELLYACHING IS WORTHLESS. We will NEVER BE CAPABLE OF LAUNCHING SUIT. The mere suggestion is LAUGHABLE in and of itself.

As for what I do...

I have worked in both PR and IR capacities. Most people don't realize the difference because it is largely philosophical. You do pretty much the same thing for both, but you cater to different audiences: journalists for one, analysts for the other: You keep track of news peices and try to maintain relationships with journalists for one and stock performance, analyst reports, and analysts for the other. But in both cases the company has to perform... You can't do anything to help except answer questions. Most of the time the company doesn't tell you what their even doing. They don't even have to.

So it boils down to this... MM might not even know the answers to your questions. You know how I find out about a lot of whats going on with my clients??? The WIRES... Then I call and see what they want to do about the news. MM may not have the kind of access to HK, and his grand scheme, you think he does. AND EVERYTIME HE GETS OFF THE PHONE WITH YOU HE HAS TO WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU ARE GOING TO INTERPRET HIM ON THIS POST.

HE IS NOT SLANDERING YOU AT ALL. AND YOU KNOW THIS...

Saying that what you asked for is illegal are not his words, they are MINE because two seconds into the conversation with Mike I garnered all I needed to know...

And if you think i am close to slander. Go get your team of lawyers and get at it. It may keep you occupied and off this current bent you are on...

You think the company is a wash yet you will buy at $.21/share. Then what??? I bet the company gets supercool again and the cheerleading will begin. You mentioned something about credibility... What was that again??? Refresh us...

Look, you want to make money and the company/stock isn't complying with your/our wishes. But let's get real... It all has very little to do with credibilty. C'MON. The company is a pink sheet. I knew this going in and so did you. Now you want it to act like U.S. Steel. And if it doesn't comply. You will vilify anyone who tries to bring you to reality.

You want credibility??? Try MSFT. You cant get credibility for $.21/share
