any idea what a newer 30k vehicle would
cost in property taxes for Stamford? I'd guess 30,000 * 70% * $50 mils or $1,050 for year #1.

Also, is there a threshold
on the high end for the 4.5% on Gross Federal Income? ??? the flat rate is 4.5% on most all gross income or Federal AGI.

I did check with a few realtors, an hour north of Stamford..and
the average property taxes are $4200 - $5200...does that sound
accurate to you? That's be a house in the $200 to $400 range.
When I see tax returns, it seems all run from $2,500 for smaller places to $10,000 for larger ones.

children will be going to private religious schools
in Connecticut! There are many here. Sacred Heart (for girls) in Greenwich (near Stamford) is superb. FFld Prep (for boys) in Fairfield (near Stamford) ranks high.

Lieberman happens to be a Democrat (only way to get elected here) but I am proud to have him in the Senate. Check out his record.

Anyone (normal) may OWN a weapon, and keep it in their home. A carrying permit is issued by the police of the town of your residence depending on needs, so to speak. i.e. in Stamford a need might be you carry loads of cash from your Dry Cleaner establishment to the Bank each day. Whereas in the smaller towns a need might be to keep the ground hogs outta the back field.
