Frank, checked several sources on dry copper pricing and found, not surprisingly, that you were right. Loops sell for between $20 and $25 to CLECs depending on ILEC. I was mistaken in my $9 figure, which turns out to be the ILEC's average base cost to supply. I just wanted to close the 'loop' on that. Bill
