Hi Gary! I am glad you have the picture, but it seems not everyone does. You want news? DRIV is scheduled to appear at the Robertson Stephens investment conference as it lines up its road show. They conservatively expect to do $50M in revenue in 1999. If you look at SWNT, which while it is not the best comparable people do seem to compare them to, SWNT is trading at about 20x revenues annualized from the most recent quarter. A 20 multiple on next year's revenues would produce a $1B market cap for DRIV if they fulfill 1999 expectations. That would be in excess of $20/share for TSQD. And one other thing that will serve DRIV in having a good road show, the key management, unlike many Internet companies, has been shaving for a long time. They have been around the track and they know how to manage high growth successfully. Their maturity will be obvious to investors used to seeing Internet CEO's with only peach fuzz on their faces. The company has met every investment objective they have set for themselves in the past year. Included among their investors are Fujitsu and Wasserstein Perella. Wasserstein is a recent investor and was very impressed with the soundness of their business plan versus others in the space they have looked at. Unlike many Internet IPO's rising on hot air, DRIV has solid underpinnings.
