What are you smoking -simarx- what makes you think NAVR would spin off there internet business to become a stronger company as stated by you. The internet portion of NAVR business carries a high profit margin an element which will bring better than expected earnings to the company.

NAVR wholesale business in the past carries a low profit margin and has customer credit risk problems in the past 3 years. You say spin off the internet business with good profit margins. What is your objective - shorting the stock.
