<<Off-topic>> Hi guys.. obviously, most personnel forgot the very first continental army (american revolutionary army) was funded by a lottery. There will always be folks on the outer fringes of our society that have their own agenda to keep the rest of us from sinning (LOL) but the middle are common folks that spend their hard earned money the way they want to in our very fast intellectual society. The basic rule should be: gamblers or sports gamers have to be 21 years old to collect a gambling fee - gee... wonder how many kids are going to gamble when they can not collect?
On a technical point.. all gambling is maintained via sometime of electronic media.. i.e., telephone, computer, radio, pc, database, electronic cash register, calculator, scan device, electronic money conterfeit checker, electronic bulletin boards, etc..... so, my point is, go back 50 years and we were in the manual paper pen mode. Where are we going? The Digital Highway.
These naysayers are full of crap. No one likes change, but, the change will happen.
The main point I am trying to say is: in a free society, choices are available - with limits to minors.
