John, CAWS is worth a hell of a lot more in pieces than currently as a whole. Why? It's SPECTRUM... and just as for any real estate property, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! CAWS' license rights are in very high-density populated regions where penetration does not have to be significant in order to break even... and once in the black, the business is nothing but a cash cow. Those who do not understand the technology must realize:

1) LOS limitations (if and when a problem) can be easily solved

2) Digital MMDS definitely works and can offer significant advantages over DBS

As far as a buy out... I don't think so. But I will not be surprised to see as part of "plan B" some of the channel rights in some of the less strategic markets being sold for cash. CAWS' joint venture with HART, CS Wireless, could also be game.
