I am looking at MODA as a short. A deal with SRCM would seem quite plausible, and not meaningful to either company. I was waiting for the launch of the e-commerce site. Herb Greenberg of TheStreet.com wrote on MODA. Said they had overstated their Intel relationship, revenues were primarily from Intel, and there seemed to be some self-dealing with management. I have yet to finish my due diligence and have no position in the stock. Regards, Archer
