The definition of a hypster IMO is someone who distorts the truth with the intention ot mislead and personally profit at the expense of others.

And the definition of a basher is anyone that challenges misleading interpretations of information.

Then I would clarify the term "basher" is used in a positive light.

And where the "bashers" are in greater residence, shareholders will benefit from more objective interpretation of information.
