Amazon will never be a gorilla. For one thing, switching costs are nil. The answer for AOL isn't as easy, because a large number of their customers never leave the womb of AOL to venture on to the WWW, and therefore can be considered as captive customers. In any case, at present prices AOL is a wild speculation. Lucent is probably a gorilla.
Unless the tapes are word for word from the book, you should probably read the book. Otherwise you are letting someone else decide what is important.
