Randi, welcome to the thread. Your right the spread is a killer. But has tightened up quite nicely (nice call on what looks to be a daytrading dream come true, it's big time baggin right now (11:30AM EST) vol=365k 2-3/4x3) Talked to James Johnson (Partner) and he explained to me what the software does. Basically, the software is a more user friendly search engine that has a small blurb/sentence surrounding your search word for every one of your search hits (I think there is already a search engine that does that if I am not mistaken). The software has been around since the mid 80's being used in mainly in academia. What the company is now trying to do is adapt the software for global internet applications. The software itself is multi-lingual, reads left to right & right to left, etc. Currently software is being sold for 10.00-5,000.00 per unit. They are looking to have the software as a standard on some the current search engines in the not to distant future. Currently, the internet version is scheduled for release as an alpha in fall this year, beta in winter this year/next and then final version due out end of winter next year (like in about 9 months). James gave me their CFO's mobile number, of course he was not there (guys name is Ken Bell). I also talked to Timmy with the companies transfer agent and he was more than helpful but very sketchy with share info. Of course his target is $10-$12 and is very excited (that's what they are paid to do). He said he thought the outstanding was 8.0M, the float was 3.0M, and the Insider holdings was 5.0-7.0M.
