How long have we had Cyberfax and DCI UK? Cyberfax since April 9, 1997 and DCI during or prior to March 1998. Hence one of these days Cyberfax must pull its own weight and I know in April 1998 we used cash for switches for DCI UK and the company must reap good returns for these large capital expenditures. While I understand patience and expansion I had hopes of seeing some true earnings and apparently my hopes may be for none.

Love the LOCUS news, but I think the Series D & F are awful and I think that is a big part of what we are (and have been) suffering from. Not sure why JM doesn't just add shares and sell at current market then use these Convertibles with only a 90 day restriction. Whether these investor hold after converting makes no difference it still dilutes the stock the same as issuing new shares. I sure don't understand his logic on these convertibles?
