Carl Berg was on of the original investors in IDT. He was their original landlord and the guy owns lot and lots of overpriced Silicon Valley real estate. Net worth is $1Bn plus in real estate alone. He is simply helping to maintain the price. I am sure he will continue to buy more. In a year or two when the numbers look better and the stock hits 10-20 he will look good. Regards, Kash
